Hugh Duncan/IFE Bursaries are available to active members in congregations, in both The Québec Presbytery (resulting from the merger of The Montreal Presbytery and the Québec-Sherbrooke Presbytery in mid 2016), and the Consistoire Laurentien who are registered as students in universities & other post-secondary institutions; preference is given to those registered in Canadian institutions.
